Returns Policy

Most items are covered by the Nutrimetics 60 Day Money Back Guarantee.  This guarantee may not apply to clearance items & flash sale items according to Nutrimetics policy.   For returns, please contact VIP Beauty Club within 45 days of purchase via the contact us page.

 

Delivery Policy

All items are shipped via Courier or Australia Post (dependant on delivery location) within 1-2 working days, unless item/s are on backorder.  If your item/s are on backorder you will be notified.  Pick up is available from Frankston South, Victoria most days by prior arrangement.

Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.

We know that Australia Post & some Courier companies are experiencing some delays.  If your order is taking longer than you think it should, please check your tracking number & if you are still unsure please contact us & we will take a look for you.

 

Delivery Costs

Standard shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10.95 Australia Wide.  Please contact us for Express Shipping. 

From time to time we have shipping promos.  These promos do not include Express Shipping. 

 

International Shipping

We do ship internationally.  International orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking & insurance available.  Arrival time is dependant of country.  Please contact us with items you would like to order for quote on shipping costs.
